Founded a sole proprietorship in August 2019 providing local and remote tutoring for mathematics, accounting, and finance for middle school, high school, and adult learners. Also subcontracted tutoring services to support student needs, with a focus on helping adult learners succeed in quantitative subjects.

Administered the MBA competency-based education (CBE) modality and served as academic champion for new MBA specializations, leading 13 subject matter experts and four academic coaches. Taught business finance, healthcare finance and economics, creativity and innovation, and MBA capstone; led MBA program review/assessment and ACBSP accreditation reporting.

Taught online graduate courses in financial management, healthcare finance, and strategy/technology management. Developed pricing programs including long-term industrial customer contracts, economic development programs, industrial/commercial curtailment programs, and residential time-of-use rates. Implemented advanced econometric techniques, improving short-term monthly energy forecasts by 20% and annual peak demand predictions by 5%.

Administered the company’s annual strategic planning process and improved planning practices for management efficiency. Achieved a 0.4% upward adjustment in the annual rate of return on rate base (ROI) with the Missouri Public Service Commission.

Provided internal consulting for more than 25 major studies using financial analysis, market research, operations research, and time series forecasting techniques. Produced analytic outputs to support major corporate decision-making and study deliverables.
