What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support and retain players, strengthen Turkish-language communities, localize game content, and create timely social media campaigns.

I've supported and grown Turkish gaming communities for The Grand Mafia at Yotta Games, combining multi-channel player support, VIP retention, fraud control, server-log investigations, and Turkish social content.

At Century Games, I handled Turkish localization, player tickets, compensation decisions, app-store reviews, and VIP issues for Family Farm Seaside and Whiteout Survival. I also evaluated applications and trained new personnel while resolving support requests in both Turkish and English.

Across Oyunfor.com, Rivergame, Tap4Fun, and Youzu Games, I've worked in customer support, marketing campaigns, moderation leadership, moderator training, localization, and game translation. I bring native Turkish and C2 English communication to player-facing operations.
