What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can support investigations through precise document analysis, fraud detection, and Excel-based operational control. I want an international, detail-driven environment that values clear reporting and continuous learning.

I’m a detail-oriented analyst with experience in document verification and fraud investigation support. I’m strong at identifying inconsistencies, managing data, and communicating clearly to support investigative processes, while keeping records organized and audit-ready.

In customer service and administrative support roles, I supported local and international clients in English and Portuguese, managed scheduling and service organization, and maintained operational control using Excel spreadsheets. I handled digital documentation and processed electronic invoices, improving service efficiency through structured workflows.

As I develop my knowledge in fraud detection and financial systems, I also bring academic training through my Law degree and hands-on work as a Graphotechnical Assistant focused on handwriting and document analysis. I’m interested in applying these skills to data-driven investigations, including analytics tools and SQL.
