As a Corporate Operations Trainee at Khalti (by IME), I collaborate with engineering and operations groups to evaluate system performance and track corporate digital pipelines, analyze system architectures, and maintain cross-departmental user documentation. I use database structures to isolate runtime bottlenecks, analyze data patterns to support database optimization, and streamline operational service latency metrics. Previously, as an Automation & Technical Intern at Careinfo Solutions, I developed automated script suites for dynamic data parsing and extraction, designed regression checking procedures, maintained technical bug logs, and delivered functional updates by compiling process maps and collaborating with organizational leads.
