Elishiba Ghatane

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented undergraduate IT student with a strong foundation in computing and data analysis, backed by hands-on experience in technical operations and data management. I enjoy turning messy workflows into clear, accurate datasets and reliable documentation that teams can act on.

Most recently, at Hexa Business, I supported technical operations by handling accurate data across finance and IT workflows. I prepared and organized Excel-based reports and internal updates, performed data verification and error checking, and collaborated across finance, data, and HR teams to keep internal processes running smoothly.

I also build practical solutions. In my Care-Go project, I developed a full-stack web application for delivery logistics optimization and created dashboards for data visualization, routing interpretation, and performance metrics using Python and Django with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

I bring a strong work ethic rooted in clear communication, problem-solving, and reliable support in task delivery. I’m eager to contribute to dynamic industries and projects while continuing to expand my expertise through real-world, cross-team collaboration.
