Kamal Poudel

I’m a final year computer science student who turns data into practical products. I combine Machine Learning and Data Analytics with Django full-stack development to build automated, data-driven systems.

I’ve developed a churn prediction and batch recommendation system using XGBoost, LightFM, and Scikit-learn, and I’ve built weekly email-based customer retention workflows. I also contribute to open source by improving the django-pow package for Proof-of-Work integration in Django apps.

I’m comfortable leading workshops, mentoring peers, and presenting project demos to academic panels. Beyond engineering, I support teams with structured technical writing and clear communication through reports, documentation, and Canva-based visuals.
