What I'm looking for
I’m Bambang Kustianto, and I’ve built my career around customer care/call center support, with additional strength in recruitment and telesales leadership. I graduated from STIE IGI in 2013.
In customer care roles, I handle complaints, questions, and requests by phone, email, and chat, while maintaining strong customer relationships. I analyze customer problems using GDS and check payment details with JIRA, then provide reports to the related division and own responsibility for report calls.
On the recruitment side, I post job vacancies, screen CVs, run online interviews, and share candidate data according to qualifications with the PIC. I also manage onboarding documents and communicate to maintain good relations with candidates.
Previously, I led telesales teams by supervising performance, conducting tandem/regular monitoring, and coaching team members using collected data. I also worked as a payment point/cashier, serving transactions, checking doctor schedules, and preparing deposit reporting—plus I can repair electronics, computers, and motorcycle engines.
