I'm looking for a full-time remote role where I can support customers, manage e-commerce orders, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute through reliable communication and independent work.

I manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across Shopee and Facebook Marketplace, handling customer service through live chat and WhatsApp Business.

As an independent e-commerce seller, I process orders, verify shipments, track deliveries, follow up after sales, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to marketplace policies. I respond to 20+ customer inquiries daily with an average response time under 30 minutes.

I create optimized product listings and visuals using Canva, while tracking sales and inventory through Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Through my motorcycle parts and accessories business, I source titanium and stainless steel fasteners, negotiate wholesale pricing, manage supplier relationships, research competitors across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop, and coordinate COD deliveries for local customers.
