I’m an AI Program Lead focused on delivering multimodal AI training data with rigorous operational discipline. Over the past four years, I’ve delivered and supported 15 programs with Meta, Amazon, and Google—supporting 1,000+ participants and 8,000+ sessions.

I thrive in complex, high-concurrency environments. I’ve served as de facto Scrum Master across 6 to 10 concurrent Agile programs, running ceremonies, defining sprint structures, grooming backlogs, assigning story points, and tracking velocity across 3 to 6 month delivery cycles.

Quality and risk management are central to how I lead. I maintained formal risk registers in Confluence and Jira, escalated proactively to prevent data loss, and drove retrospectives whose findings became a standard operational approach used across future programs.

I also bring hands-on technical and vendor-facing strength to operations. I’ve led large contractor co cordination (1,500+ at peak), trained fellow leads with SOPs and test cases, and contributed to measurable improvements like cutting device reset time by more than 50% and reducing participant errors to nearly zero while delivering 250+ files to clients same day, every day.
