What I'm looking for
I’m a Management Scientist with a strategic command of HR administration, records management, and customer experience, built through nearly a decade in a leading financial institution. I focus on architecting and governing systematic frameworks that protect integrity, efficiency, and security at scale.
In my most recent HR Registry Clerk role, I spearheaded the organization and modernization of the HR document management ecosystem—engineering a structured HR registry system, improving classification and retrieval, and reducing document misplacement through controlled access and file movement tracking. I also supported the development and roll-out of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to improve data accuracy in application trackers and reporting.
I further strengthen organizational resilience by aligning records management policies and procedures with Data Protection guidelines, managing end-to-end archiving and secure disposal, and driving continuous process improvement. Earlier in my career, I delivered first-contact resolution in a contact centre and developed long-term customer partnerships as a Sales Executive—translating operational detail into service and business results.
