At Tata Consultancy Services, I manage testing and delivery for IGM Financial’s Transfer Agency migration from a mainframe to a web application. I lead cross-functional QA teams across locations and align test strategy, stakeholder communication, and risk management to support stable releases.

Across Banking, Retail, and Education, I’ve managed end-to-end testing for products including Oracle Retail and ACBS, and led a team of 20+ resources across iON Assessment products. Tata Consultancy Services recognized me as a top performer for eight consecutive years.
