I'm looking to lead operations, compliance, commercial strategy, and growth systems for fintechs or growth-stage businesses scaling across markets.

At Xava Technologies, I lead operations and strategy for Xara, Africa’s first WhatsApp-based AI payment assistant, supporting 60,000+ users, ₦20bn+ in transaction volume, and 200+ businesses. I own partnerships, compliance, commercial strategy, fundraising materials, licensing readiness, and cross-functional execution.

I delivered ISO 27001:2022 certification, built CBN-standard policy architecture for PSSP licensing and sandbox positioning, and developed institutional partnerships with banking and infrastructure providers. I also led Xava’s Delaware incorporation and shaped subscription and white-label SaaS commercial models.
