I’m looking to lead end-to-end strategy-to-execution for product and operations—pricing, governance, documentation, and reporting—so teams can launch confidently, stay compliant, and scale with measurable performance.

I’m a strategy and operations leader with 6+ years building the systems that connect strategy to execution—product strategy, pricing architecture, governance frameworks, and executive reporting that helps leadership decide with confidence.

At PaveHQ, a pre-launch EdTech platform, I operated across the full strategy-to-delivery chain for six products: designing integrated product strategy and launch sequencing, running competitive analysis for positioning, and building the pricing engine, unit economics, and margin governance underpinning an NGN 208M Year 1 revenue baseline.

Previously at Halogen Group, I progressed through three roles in four years, owning the organisation-wide OKR cycle, establishing Revenue Assurance, and leading a 15-person team that digitised 1,500+ client portfolios across four geopolitical zones—while improving operational efficiency by 30% and reducing turnaround time by 20%.
