Through my graphic design and printing business, I work directly with customers from their first inquiry through quotation, order confirmation, revisions, completion, and follow-up. I listen to their needs, communicate clearly when plans change, and handle concerns professionally.

In education, I built trust with students, parents, colleagues, and school administrators. As a teacher and departmental leader, I responded to concerns, explained information, solved problems, and coordinated activities.

I’m comfortable using digital tools, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration platforms. I also have basic knowledge of HubSpot CRM and completed training in Customer Relationship Management Essentials.

I’m interested in developing further as a Customer Success professional. I’d bring a genuine interest in customers and a focus on consistent communication, follow-through, and trust.
