At EPAM Systems, I architected and developed an enterprise Generative AI product from scratch in C# and ASP.NET Web API on Microsoft Azure. Its RAG assistant helps employees search internal knowledge bases, reached approximately 50% adoption among the company's global employees, and is now sold commercially to enterprise clients.
I delivered the assistant through Microsoft Teams, integrating it with Microsoft Graph and Office 365 APIs and backing it with Azure Cosmos DB and PostgreSQL. I also built AI-driven sales-document summarisation tooling used by C-level management.
For EBSCO Information Services, I delivered production features across .NET and Java Spring Boot services and migrated services to AWS. I reduced AWS operating expenditure by 75% through infrastructure refactoring, resource rightsizing, and cost monitoring.
Earlier, at Unified Republican Processing Center (UzCard), I architected and delivered the CardXabar payment platform end to end; it was acquired by the controlling company and remains in production. As a Security Champion at EPAM Systems, I conducted security assessments and reported critical vulnerabilities and product defects directly to Microsoft.
