Technical led a 3-person development team in the energy sector and built an AI-powered classification system to automatically process and categorise customer requests. Integrated Azure OpenAI to analyse emails and faxes, enabling ~700 customer service agents to support over 5.5 million end customers.

Owned cybersecurity integration for a globally deployed medical technology system, aligning with DoD Medical Examination Review Board guidelines. Upgraded from .NET 4.7 to .NET 6 and modernised a large-scale WPF application with automated testing and platform migration.

Enhanced a central knowledge platform for field service employees and delivered a video streaming service for training content. Migrated cloud workloads into a customer-owned Azure tenant using tenant separation and infrastructure-as-code, and optimised CI/CD pipelines.

Digitalised non-cloud-ready machinery by connecting existing equipment to cloud and network infrastructure. Built a React frontend for machine monitoring/administration, implemented C# backend services, and developed IoT clients for offline machine integration.

Contributed to a field service knowledge platform and supported cloud migration, backend development, and streaming components. Extended integration services and REST API interfaces while supporting CI/CD processes and test automation.

Architected and developed Azure Functions and microservices using C# and Python, and contributed to an early ML solution for automated customer request processing. Integrated external services via REST and supported technology decision-making within the Azure ecosystem.

Extended an integration platform serving financial and credit information systems and connected internal/external REST and SOAP interfaces. Developed and maintained automated build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.

Led a mission-critical integration system powering point-of-sale terminals across Europe, driving technical decisions, development standards, and system architecture. Scaled the development team from 2 to 8 engineers, mentored actively, delivered new payment integrations, and introduced Scrum-based agile practices.

Worked as a software developer supporting application development tasks during tenure at EOS KSI (Otto Group).

Served as administrator and Data Protection Officer, supporting compliance and operational administration activities. Focused on data protection responsibilities alongside day-to-day administrative work.
