Azhar Ahmed
@azharahmed2
I improve asset integrity, maintenance strategy, and reliability across energy and industrial operations.
What I'm looking for
I’ve spent more than 25 years improving asset integrity, maintenance, and reliability across oil and gas, petrochemical, power, water treatment, manufacturing, and other continuous-process operations.
At Azcon Technical Services, I deliver asset integrity management services covering RCM, RBI, RAM, FFS, maintenance and integrity audits, inspection programs, RCFA, critical spares, and vibration analysis. I’ve also led regulatory and product-registration work that enabled safe operations and market entry.
At Wood and Bureau Veritas, I led reliability studies, asset integrity programs, RAM and RCM work, inspection and maintenance assessments, and technical reporting for major energy-sector clients. I connect degradation mechanisms, failure modes, and operational consequences to practical inspection and maintenance strategies.
My earlier work spans factory operations, automation, facilities, project engineering, manufacturing strategy, and mechanical maintenance. I focus on safety, compliance, cost-effective decisions, and programs that extend asset life and improve reliability performance.
