I’m seeking a challenging role to contribute to operational excellence—leading O&M with preventive/corrective maintenance, shutdown planning, SAP PM, KPI monitoring, and HSE-first compliance—to improve plant reliability, safety, and cost control.

I’m a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer focused on Operations & Maintenance, with 14+ years across Oil & Gas, EPC, and Plant Maintenance environments. I build safer, more reliable plants through preventive and corrective maintenance, static equipment maintenance, shutdown/turnaround planning, SAP PM, asset integrity management, and consistent KPI monitoring.

In my current role as Mechanical Engineer – Operations & Maintenance Lead at Dietsmann Maintenance, I own day-to-day operations across office and sites, ensuring uninterrupted availability through detailed BOM/spares planning and inventory readiness. I manage end-to-end procurement for critical oil & gas materials, align purchases with budget/schedule, and coordinate expediting, inspections, and logistics—while verifying MTCs and compliance documentation to API, ASME, ASTM, and ISO requirements.

I also bring strong operational leadership from my previous experience supporting clients, planning static mechanical maintenance, executing SAP PM work orders, and performing safety-focused field work using LOTO procedures. My background blends HSE compliance, risk assessment/RCA, FMEA and TQM initiatives, and maintenance documentation to improve plant reliability, operational efficiency, safety performance, and cost control.
