Ayush Chambhare

At ICEICO Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I gathered and analyzed business requirements through stakeholder discussions and translated them into functional documentation, including BRDs and FRDs.

For Tasker On Demand, a Canada-based home services marketplace, I worked across customer, tasker, admin, and corporate modules. I prepared BRD, FRD, SRS, meeting notes, user stories, and use cases, and created user and process flows.

I also worked on Sriji Brothers, a B2B and B2C e-commerce platform. I documented workflows for product catalogs, checkout, payments, inventory, and order management, and created user flows for different customer and admin roles.

I converted requirements into 140+ actionable user stories with acceptance criteria and collaborated with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to clarify requirements and support UAT. I use SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and have applied OpenAI-powered tools to refine requirements and documentation.
