What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to grow as a Business Analyst in an AI-enabled software consultancy, working across enterprise applications, business process automation, and data-driven decision support for client-facing engagements.

At Alfa Information Technologies, I supported client and stakeholder requirements gathering and prepared BRDs, SRS, and user stories. I also supported requirement grooming with cross-functional teams.

I designed Power BI dashboards and reports, used advanced SQL queries to analyze database information, and helped reduce manual effort by 60%. I also used Postman for API testing and supported data validation.

At Box Ventures Private Limited, I documented business workflows and user stories, maintained Power BI dashboards, and analyzed data using SQL and Excel. My analysis contributed to a 15–25% improvement in SLA compliance, while report automation reduced manual effort by 30%; I also supported testing and UAT with development and QA teams.
