I’m a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst fresher with a strong foundation in business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user stories, process flows, and Agile basics. I’m a logical problem-solver who communicates clearly and enjoys turning unclear needs into structured documentation like BRD and FRD.

During my internship, I assisted in understanding customer requirements for financial products and supported documentation and reporting activities. I observed business processes related to investment and portfolio services, strengthening how I clarify expectations and improve stakeholder alignment.

On my BA projects, I gathered requirements and documented business and functional needs for a Student Attendance Management System, identifying process gaps to propose a more accurate, time-saving solution. In a Customer Complaint Management System (Banking BA project), I analyzed complaint handling workflows, elicited BRD/FRD requirements, created user stories, defined complaint categorization and escalation workflows, and supported UAT by validating system outputs—then proposed a centralized digital solution for transparency and efficiency.

I bring hands-on practice with MS Excel and structured documentation, along with basic technical tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI (basic), and Jira (basic). I’m eager to learn and contribute to business-aligned IT solutions in an entry-level analyst role.
