What I'm looking for

I want to build my career in HR and marketing within a group that develops people, supports fast learning, and values teamwork. I’m eager to take on responsibilities that strengthen HR practices and improve performance while working to clear, defined goals.

I’m a dynamic, team-oriented professional determined to work in the human resource department as well as marketing, bringing strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a drive to “work under pressure to tight schedule.” With an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing, I’m focused on contributing to “development” and helping an organization enhance skills by using and nurturing both inherent and acquired abilities.

In my roles as an Administrator (Al Manaseer International Catering W.L.L, Legends Software Qatar) and Administration/HR/Accountant (KAHATCCO W.L.L), I’ve supported core day-to-day operations while staying closely connected to HR responsibilities. I also approach work with a learning mindset—“willing to learn new techniques”—and I bring research-driven thinking from projects like buying behavior’s impact on sales and the effectiveness of performance management systems.
