What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use research, analysis and clear communication together, especially where I can build from zero, work through ambiguity and turn evidence into useful outcomes.

I developed a novel analytical method from scratch during a four-year L'Oréal-funded PhD at the University of Sheffield, taking it from problem definition and instrumentation through protocol design, data analysis and viva defence.

I write monthly reports for L'Oréal Research and Innovation, adapting technical findings for commercial and academic audiences. I use Python and advanced Excel to clean, analyse and visualise large experimental datasets, and I am synthesising clinician interviews into a published written piece.

I also teach physics and chemistry in Sheffield secondary schools, write a Substack on science and society, and have led researchers, events and a faculty-wide Code of Conduct.
