At Le Regent, I lead the full website redesign and progressively build FoodHive, a CRM project that centralises customer data, structures loyalty programmes, and automates marketing actions.
I turn business needs and digital-journey friction points into prioritised improvements, coordinating suppliers through testing and go-live. I also deploy email and SMS workflows with n8n, Zapier, Mailchimp, and Twilio.
