What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build secure, efficient technology environments and lead teams through continuous improvement, using automation, AI-driven solutions, and ITIL-aligned service management to support business growth.

At Snoonu, I lead daily IT operations and drive digital transformation through AI, automation, and scalable technology solutions. I contributed to improving ITIL service maturity, with the ITIL score increasing from 2.1 to 4.0/5.

At Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), I provided IT support and automated an Email AI Support agent using N8N and an LLM. I also supported technology integration across academic and administrative processes.

Earlier, I administered Office 365 and Windows server environments at TekReach Solutions, LLC. During internships, I worked on workstation security and dynamic displays, and on network and security projects including OSSEC intrusion detection and IP telephony.
