What I'm looking for

I'm looking to start my career in Talent Operations or Recruiting Coordination, supporting hiring teams and helping ensure a smooth candidate experience.

I'm a B.Tech CSE (AI&ML) student looking to start my career in Talent Operations and Recruiting Coordination. I’m prepared to support hiring teams with ATS management, calendar scheduling, and accurate data maintenance.

Through my Artificial Intelligence internship at iStudio, I completed training in AI fundamentals and model building and worked on practical implementations with mentorship. My projects include a Python sentiment analysis model for product reviews and a Power BI dashboard for online retail sales.

I also developed a face recognition project using Python, OpenCV, and the face_recognition library, achieving 92%+ recognition accuracy. I’m certified in Customer Engagement: Communication and Personality Dynamics through IBM SkillsBuild.
