What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply customer support, scheduling, data-entry, and administrative skills in a high-volume or remote operations environment while continuing to grow my cybersecurity knowledge.

I'm currently supporting residents at Care Haven Assisted Living, where I provide compassionate service while maintaining accurate patient records, medication logs, and progress reports.

I coordinate daily activities and health appointments, manage email and data-entry responsibilities, and work with multidisciplinary staff to streamline administrative response times.

Previously at Club U Lucky Dog, I handled client reservations, phone support, intake forms, pet-care plans, and daily facility workflows in a fast-paced environment.

I'm building on my customer support and administrative operations experience through a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, following an associate degree in Information Security Technology.
