I am currently attending the Firebrand Software Engineering Bootcamp, where I am honing my skills in Python and preparing for certifications in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure. My journey into IT has been driven by a passion for technology and its impact on everyday life. I have a background in customer service and various roles that have equipped me with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse environments, from hospitality to customer service in the automotive industry. These experiences have made me adaptable and flexible, allowing me to thrive in challenging situations. I have developed a keen interest in how technology can enhance services and improve customer experiences, and I am eager to contribute to this field.
