I am an HR Manager with over six years of experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment and organizational development. Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented recruiting strategies and developed two HR systems in collaboration with developers, enhancing our ATS programs. My role has involved coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting reference checks, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

In my current position at Loc Pros, I lead recruitment efforts for multiple companies globally, addressing employment relations issues and explaining HR policies to new and existing employees. My previous experience as an HR Recruiter at Bayan-tech allowed me to refine my skills in handling recruitment processes and supervising localization quality tests.
