What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my ERP expertise in a collaborative environment, focusing on process improvements and user training.

I am an Application Support Specialist with a strong background in ERP systems, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Infor. My journey began at Helwan University, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems with a GPA of 3.38. Since March 2023, I have been working with Aman Group, where I provide comprehensive support for ERP systems, ensuring operational efficiency across multiple companies.

In my current role, I have successfully implemented analysis documentation for ERP modules, resolved system issues, and customized programs to enhance user experience. My previous experience at Ibnsina-Pharma involved ERP implementation and testing, where I collaborated with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications. I take pride in my ability to provide first-line support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP systems.
