What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in tax compliance, international trade, corporate governance, cybersecurity, and data protection to legal risk management and digital transformation work in multicultural environments.

I'm currently supporting UHY Assurance Ecuador with VAT recovery, tax refunds, preventive tax audits, and transfer pricing reports for national and multinational corporations.

At the Consulate of Ecuador in Germany, I coordinated due diligence for international commercial transactions and translated contracts, trade agreements, and legal memoranda across Spanish, English, and German. I also researched tariff and foreign-trade regulations to help mitigate import and export risks.

I've drafted administrative case files, judicial orders, procedural minutes, and corporate legal documentation across public-sector, environmental, and criminal-law settings.

As a junior legal consultant and co-founder, I built cybersecurity and data-protection frameworks for ServiApp and designed preventive legal, tax, and corporate strategies for circular-economy businesses. I'm pursuing an LL.M. in International Taxation, LegalTech, and Cybersecurity.
