I also worked on store operations, delivery orchestration, developer tooling, learning, customer lifecycle management, and analytics products. At MEDIBUDDY, I led product development for Rxpert, an ML-based biomarker extraction system that generated 400+ incremental daily doctor consults, and built analytics infrastructure and dashboards.
