At ZS Associates, I lead the Emerging Pharma RWD analytics team in the New Delhi office. I built and scaled the team from scratch to 14 members.

I’ve led longitudinal patient journey analyses for rare and ultra-rare disease indications, uncovering insights to support strategic decisions. I’ve also analyzed treatment patterns to understand drug utilization and patient pathways.

For small-to-mid-sized pharma clients, I’ve identified and estimated opportunities and developed forecasts. I’ve developed go-to-market strategies through segmentation, targeting, market sizing, and territory alignment.

I’ve directed payer analytics projects to assess access and reimbursement challenges and inform contracting. Earlier, at Urjaswa Solution Pvt. Limited, I launched a mounting structures business unit targeting a $1.2M opportunity and collaborated with co-founders on solar project OPEX and CAPEX models.
