Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Marketing with Digital Technologies at the University of Mauritius. My academic background includes a solid performance in subjects like Mathematics and Economics, which has equipped me with analytical skills essential for understanding market dynamics. I am passionate about continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally.

In my previous role as a Call Centre Agent at Courts Mammouth, I effectively communicated with customers, addressing their concerns and informing them about available discounts and payment processes. This experience has further strengthened my customer service skills and my ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
