At IPACCT, I architect and maintain IPCRM, a multi-tenant PHP/Laravel/MariaDB CRM platform deployed across multiple ISP client servers.
I build REST and SOAP integrations with IPBill and IPAcct, including a dispatcher-and-worker sync engine with row-level locking for reliable cross-server synchronization. I also reduced 128+ per-zone database queries to two batched queries and built global search across operational data.
I lead development of IPRadius for subscriber authentication, network access control, and IP address management. I administer production Linux servers, configuring Nginx, PHP-FPM, MariaDB, firewalls, SSL/TLS, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.
Previously at Realtime Biometrics, I managed Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Oracle Database, biometric-device integrations, and networking for attendance, workforce management, and payroll systems.
