I’m a Computer Science undergraduate at KL University focused on ServiceNow platform solutions, especially IT Service Management (ITSM) and workflow automation. I’ve built a ServiceNow-based IT Service Request Management System using Service Catalog, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
As a ServiceNow Virtual Intern at SmartBridge x ServiceNow, I worked through ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, Flow Designer, Reports, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). This experience strengthened how I approach service request management and enterprise application concepts through practical platform navigation and process automation.
I also do freelance AIPromptEvaluator work, where I evaluated AI-generated outputs, found recurring error patterns, and improved response consistency using structured evaluation methods. I enjoy translating analytical thinking into reliable, automated workflows—and I’m excited to keep building enterprise-ready ServiceNow solutions.
