Austin Zaputil

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and currently work as a Prospective Payment Analyst. I support healthcare reimbursement systems by configuring payment models, managing provider rate structures, and ensuring accuracy in claims and contract pricing.

I analyze claims and resolve pricing and contract discrepancies, turning complex reimbursement details into clear operational insights. I use Power BI and Excel to build KPI dashboards and reporting that support performance monitoring and decision-making.

I also support system migrations, including Epic Tapestry migration, through contract testing and validation. In addition, I collaborate cross-functionally to improve reimbursement operations and create RFP pricing documentation and reimbursement models.

Before this role, I served as a Site Supervisor at Cedar Valley SportsPlex, where I coordinated children’s sports programs, led staff, and managed tournament readiness. That experience strengthened my execution, stakeholder communication, and process-focused mindset.
