What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support, technical support, desktop support, or systems support role where I can troubleshoot systems, support users, document solutions, and continue building cybersecurity and networking skills.

At Horizon AI Consulting, I deploy and support cloud-based AI voice agents, websites, and business automations for small-business clients. I troubleshoot Twilio, Bland AI, Make.com, APIs, webhooks, messaging, CRM, and calendar integrations.

I maintain Netlify-hosted websites through domain configuration, forms, testing, production updates, and issue resolution. I document solutions, diagnose technical problems, and keep production systems reliable with careful attention to access and configuration.

My background also includes more than 10 years in safety- and compliance-driven industrial environments, where I monitor complex systems, follow documented procedures, coordinate across teams, and respond quickly to issues. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity while preparing for CompTIA Security+ and Network+.
