At CommonSpirit Health’s Davis Hospital, I lead point-of-care and clinical coordination initiatives that strengthen laboratory operations, staff training, and patient monitoring. I reduced pending user competencies from several hundred to fewer than 20 within three months through interdepartmental education reform.

I’ve supported emergent trauma and blood banking workflows while maintaining over a 98% successful turnaround time. At Virginia Mason Health Center, I analyzed 150+ patient results daily, investigated hematology analyzer QC and calibration discrepancies, and maintained diagnostic data integrity for complex cases.

At Tanner Clinic, I created urgent medicine and infectious disease training, developed age- and sex-specific hematological reference ranges, and coordinated with providers using patient-result trends. I also use R, SQL, MySQL, Python, and Pandas to validate, analyze, and wrangle clinical and public health data.

My MPH capstone on suicide and overdose prevention earned an Award of Excellence, and I’ve contributed to pediatric cystic fibrosis research and Utah public health data initiatives. I’m motivated by work where accurate analysis, timely results, and practical process improvements can make a meaningful difference.
