What I'm looking for
I’m a development practitioner with experience in governance, legislative leadership, and humanitarian coordination. I focus on policy implementation, stakeholder engagement, and community-driven initiatives that support USAID programs and advance the SDGs.
As State Focal Person for Benue State MDGs at the Government House, Makurdi, I coordinated preparation and application processes, helping secure over NGN 5 billion in Conditional Grants Scheme (CGS) funding. I oversaw CGS project implementation to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, while strengthening relationships across MDAs to improve cooperation and delivery.
I also supported donor-funded operations at DAI/USAID and managed logistics and administration work across USAID projects—tracking supplies, coordinating procurement and transport, and maintaining accurate records for donor compliance. In community and governance roles, I contributed to legislative processes as a councillor, promoted accountability and inclusive governance, and enhanced programme efficiency through monitoring and evaluation.
