I’m looking for a patient-centered role where I can coordinate care and education with empathy—being the clear, first point of contact, supporting emotional safety, and translating complex medical information into simple next steps.

I’m a Patient Support & Care Coordination Specialist with a nurse background and 7 years and 6 months of experience working directly with patients in-clinic and remotely. I focus on patient education, emotional support, and care coordination, translating complex medical information into clear, human-centered language.

Currently, I provide in-clinic patient support and orientation at Sp.Ponderas(Regina Maria), acting as a first point of contact and facilitating empathetic, trust-building communication. I also coordinate patient-related documentation and care flow to ensure clarity and emotional safety at the start of the medical process.

Before this, I worked for 3 years and 8 months as a Patient Care & Education Specialist for a fertility clinic (Gynera), guiding patients through IVF treatments. I delivered remote and in-clinic support, educated patients on protocols and lab results, and ensured adherence and next-step clarity throughout emotionally sensitive journeys.
