What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build and optimize BI/analytics solutions with strong engineering practices—fast Power BI performance, reliable data pipelines, and cloud-aware data engineering—while partnering with stakeholders and taking ownership of delivery.

I’m a BI & data professional with 20+ years in technology, and in the last 6+ years I’ve focused on data engineering and Power BI—spanning business intelligence, pipeline engineering, application development, and IT leadership. I’m known for end-to-end delivery across the data landscape, from regulatory reporting to production-grade dashboards.

In my recent role, I develop and optimize Power BI solutions that drive real sales performance decisions. I improved report performance by removing 200+ redundant visual objects across 7 pages, cutting load and navigation time dramatically, while applying engineering best practices like star schema modeling, query folding, parameters, and scalable DAX patterns.

Previously at Prudential, I delivered annual OJK regulatory data submission under strict deadlines by extracting and consolidating data across policy, claims, policyholders, beneficiaries, and payors in collaboration with the AML team. I also contributed to migrating the enterprise DWH from Greenplum to Google BigQuery and helped migrate ~200 SSRS reports, while building cross-project BigQuery datamart pipelines using Python and bash.

I bring a delivery-and-ownership mindset: I can rebuild dashboards with performance discipline, and I can also step into systems recovery and infrastructure hardening. As a freelance IT consultant, I rescued and expanded an institutional application ecosystem by building new modules, integrating Hikvision devices via ISAPI, and setting up secure VPS-to-on-prem connectivity using WireGuard on Docker—then continued providing ongoing technical support.
