I’m a customer-focused professional with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, experienced in managing responsibilities while creating positive experiences. In my current role as a Lead Teacher, I manage daily operations, plan activities and schedules, and maintain a structured, engaging environment.

I communicate effectively with clients (parents), addressing needs, concerns, and updates with clear verbal and written communication. I also train and support new staff, resolve conflicts quickly, and stay on top of multiple responsibilities through strong attention to detail and time management—skills I’m eager to bring to travel booking and helping people plan meaningful trips.
