I’m looking to lead mission-driven production or learning initiatives—building accessible, high-quality programs, training teams, and improving processes. I thrive with cross-functional collaboration, clear ownership, and measurable impact.

I lead mission-driven production and learning initiatives with a focus on quality, accessibility, and stakeholder impact. I’m an excellent communicator and collaborator who motivates teams and turns strategy into execution.

As Project Manager/Studio Director at Learning Ally (2016–2024), I managed end-to-end production of multiple audiobook projects—aligning timelines, resources, and accessibility standards for student and educator needs. I collaborated with producers, narrators, and volunteer teams nationwide, designed virtual onboarding and training for hundreds of volunteers, and ensured contract compliance with clear stakeholder updates.

In my recent roles, I expanded my support across the production lifecycle—helping organize internal processes during the AllyVerse transition and delivering instructional design support. I provide deliverables including “over 30 Rise 360 courses” and training artifacts for the Learning Ally audioproduction department, supporting wherever needed.

Beyond corporate learning, I co-founded and managed a multifaceted creative business integrating music, publishing, events, and community programming. Whether producing content, training volunteers, or coordinating live community initiatives, I bring strong judgment, continuous improvement, and a deep commitment to community engagement and empowerment.
