What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve customer concerns across phone, email, and chat, use CRM systems effectively, and contribute in a KPI-driven environment.

I've supported customers at TalentPop and Teleperformance Kenya, resolving inquiries, complaints, service requests, payments, account changes, returns, and exchanges across phone, email, and chat.

I document cases accurately in Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, and Salesforce, follow client workflows and escalation paths, and work toward quality, CSAT, productivity, and response-time targets.

Alongside customer support, I've contributed to engineering projects at Climcloud Engineering Consultants and Kikuyu Water and Sewerage Company, including project documentation, pipeline supervision, meter mapping using GIS, and water-system maintenance.
