I’m seeking an HR leadership role where I can own end-to-end recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HRIS—especially in multinational settings. I’m open to relocation to Europe and available for visa sponsorship discussions. Global mobility.

I’m a dynamic HR professional with 14+ years of progressive experience across recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HRIS management. I implement end-to-end HR solutions in fast-paced, multi-site environments, including expatriate management and cross-border compliance.

In my current role as HR Manager at Kinexin Convention Management Pvt Ltd, I lead end-to-end recruitment, digitise payroll, leave, timesheets, and performance appraisals through KEKA HRMS, and ensure full statutory compliance with Indian central, state, and local labour regulations. I also manage expatriate workforce needs—FRRO renewals, visa formalities, immigration compliance, and housing arrangements—while building HR policies that strengthen employee engagement and organisational conduct.

Previously, as Assistant Manager - HR at Hinduja Tech Limited and Senior HR Officer at International Travel House Limited, I owned the full HR lifecycle: sourcing and onboarding, performance monitoring and grievance resolution, exit interview and attrition analysis, and workforce planning.
