I led research for Kentucky’s KHEAA & KHESLC, advising the CEO, vice presidents, board, and state leaders on higher-education financial aid, economic issues, and financial forecasting.
I’ve produced confidential student financial aid analyses, FAFSA and KEES forecasts, legislative reports, annual scholarship reports, budget and cost analyses, and county-level funding information. My work connects government agencies, colleges, legislators, and external partners to support policy, funding, and student-access decisions.
