At HDFC Life Insurance, I investigate employee misconduct, reimbursement claim fraud, policy discrepancies, whistleblower complaints, and cases referred by the Payout Intelligence Unit. I also coordinate field investigations and recommend action on non-disclosure and repudiated claim cases.
Previously at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, I completed compliance reviews for 35+ branches, identified fraudulent medical networks that led to de-empanelment actions, and detected reimbursement fraud resulting in disciplinary action.
