I’m a detail-oriented Fraud Risk Analyst with hands-on experience in fraud detection, AML/KYC compliance, and risk operations. I focus on investigating suspicious activities, conducting root-cause analysis, and strengthening preventive controls through clear, evidence-based documentation.

In my current role, I investigate suspicious insurance claims, policy applications, and premium transactions to detect potential fraud. I perform AML/KYC checks and background reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IRDAI guidelines, FATF norms), analyze customer documents and claim histories for red flags, and collaborate with underwriters, claims, compliance, and legal teams to validate findings and prevent fraudulent payouts.

Previously, I worked as a Compliance Analyst, reviewing client documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and supporting internal audits by providing investigation documentation and compliance records. I also gained relationship and service-delivery experience as a Relationship Manager, where I handled escalations, improved timelines, and worked closely with internal teams—skills I bring to stakeholder collaboration and case management today.
