I’m a healthcare documentation specialist and Senior Manager focused on high-accuracy clinical scribing and documentation quality for U.S. providers. With 20+ years across live clinical scribing and medical transcription, I build reliable SOAP notes that support sound E/M documentation.

In my current role, I personally perform and oversee real-time live scribing during patient encounters—both in-person and via Zoom—documenting directly into SOAP format. I ensure every note meets E/M documentation guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and payer-specific standards, while maintaining EMR data integrity across multiple healthcare platforms.

Beyond production, I strengthen documentation teams by training scribes on clinical workflows, medical terminology, and SOAP note structuring, then reviewing notes for quality and precision.

Earlier in my career, I produced high-volume radiology and diagnostic reports with strict clinical detail, and I served as a QA Lead and QA Analyst supporting transcription and documentation across Cerner, Centricity, and Practice Fusion. I bring deep medical terminology expertise across specialties—including PCP, cardiology, nephrology, and radiology—paired with a disciplined, accuracy-first mindset for clinical documentation integrity.
